HOW WE MANAGE YOUR ORDER
Once we have received the notification of your order our commercial department will contact you, within 24 working hours, to confirm the content of your order and inform you about the deadline and delivery procedure. Once payment of the order amount has been received, the shipment is sent by the transport agency. Then, we will send you an email confirming the departure of the order from our warehouse and the expected delivery date.
The delivery time varies according to product availability.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Under normal conditions, the delivery time will be 2-3 business days. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery times are valid from confirmation of stock and payment of the order.
In the event that the requested material is not available in our warehouses, the customer will be notified of the expected period of receipt of the requested product.
Free Shipping Rate, for orders whose amount is greater than € 250 + VAT. This rate is only valid for shipments within the Iberian Peninsula.

If a product comes to you damaged, we will send you a new product, A1Sistemas will bear all the extra transport costs that may arise. We will not accept any exchangeor or refund if you have not previously contacted us to let us know.
Return by wrong product
If one or more products received do not match your order, A1Sistemas will pick up the wrong product at the address indicated and deliver the correct product to you without any extra cost, provided that the product has not been used, altered or handled, and remains in perfect conditions the original packaging.

Return at customer’s wish:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without any justification. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods. A1Sistemas reserves the right not to refund the full amount paid if the product is deemed to have suffered a depreciation (example: the item is not returned in its original packaging or it is in bad condition).
A1Sistemas guarantees its products, in the legally established terms. The customer must inform A1 Systems of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. In case of defective product under warranty, A1Sistemas will carry out the repair or replacement of the same, either directly or through the technical / after-sales services of the represented brands, procedures that will be free.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, shock, misuse or improper handling, unsuitable tension where appropriate, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use shall be excluded from the guarantee. Where the use of the warranty is justified, repair, replacement of the item, rebate or return will be opted, in the legally established terms.
The warranty will lose its value in cases where:
-Modify, alter or replace some of the data on the purchase invoice or invoice.
-If both the identification number and the guaranteed device itself are handled or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.
-If you do not have the purchase invoice.
